SPRING & SUMMER YOUTH LEARN-TO-ROW/DEVELOPMENT REGISTRATION
MRC’s Spring and Summer Youth Learn-to-Row programs are designed to help young rowers improve in all aspects of rowing including fitness, strength, flexibility, mental toughness, and discipline. Using our facilities both on and off the water we work to develop proper rowing technique, good boat handling skills, and water safety.
AGES: Under 14 Boys and Girls. Under 15 and Under 16 athletes may start here as well before moving into the appropriate age groups. *Under 17 and Under 19 beginner athletes should reach out to us to discuss options for joining our U17/U19 teams.
SPRING SCHEDULE: March 27-May 28
•Session 1: Monday/Wednesday/Friday/6:00-7:30 PM
•Session 2: Tuesday/Thursday/6:00-7:30 PM Saturday/12:00-1:30 PM
SUMMER SCHEDULE: May 30-August 18
Weekday sessions:
9:00 -11:00 AM or 3:00-5:00 PM
*Sessions 1 and 2 will be 4:00-6:00 PM
•Session 1: May 30- June 9 (PM ONLY) *Includes Sat June 3rd
•Session 2: June 12 – June 23
•Session 3: June 26 – July 7 *No rowing July 4th, includes Sat 1st
•Session 4: July 10 – July 21
•Session 5: July 45 – August 4
•Session 6: August 7 – August 18
