Junior Rowing – Learn to Row / Development
WINTER YOUTH LEARN-to-ROW and DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS – Registration is OPEN
This Winter program is open to all elementary, middle school, and high school-aged children interested in learning to row or continuing to develop their rowing skills. We help these young athletes improve in all aspects of rowing while also learning to set goals and work within a team. Athletes will work on rowing skills both on the ergs (indoor rowing machines) and our indoor rowing tank as well as cardio endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, mental toughness, and discipline. The winter season is a great opportunity to work on building the athleticism necessary to be a successful rower! REGISTER BELOW
